1. About us
These terms apply to all purchases made at https://www.hiyiiland.com. Yiiland is based in the Netherlands (KVK: 99136937). Contact: info@hiyiiland.com.

2. Our products
Yiiland offers handmade objects from Taiwan. Because each piece is made by hand, colours, patterns and sizes may vary slightly from the photos. Natural dyes, glazes and embroidery make every piece unique, and these variations are part of its character, not defects.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (€). The final amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments.

4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping
We ship from the Netherlands to countries in Europe. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the buyer. See our FAQ for details.

6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, use the “Withdraw from contract” link on our website, or email us at info@hiyiiland.com with your order number.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer. After we receive the item, we will refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost, using the same payment method. Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we cannot offer exchanges for the same item.

7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair the situation by replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping.

8. Care
Care instructions are on each product page. Ceramics should not be used in a microwave or dishwasher. Damage caused by not following these instructions is not covered.

9. Legal guarantee
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee that goods must match what was agreed.

10. Intellectual property
All photos, text and designs on this website belong to Yiiland and may not be copied without permission.

11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

12. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
