Bold coral strawberry on a warm sandy ground - playful, unexpected, and entirely handmade. Each berry was not painted, but grown from within the clay through the nerikomi technique, where coloured clays are layered, twisted, and shaped by hand.

About the Artist
ZhanLu is a small studio based in Tainan, Taiwan. Founded by Hsin-Chun Huang, the studio has been dedicated to ceramic for over 15 years.

Every piece is made by hand, in small batches, with deep respect for material and process. No two pieces are identical.

Care: Hand wash only.
Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use. As each piece is entirely handmade, small air pockets may exist within the clay, heat and pressure could cause damage over time.
